Beside our own production of hand knotted rugs, we collect the products from selected manufacturers and Artisans. Our experienced quality control team selects the fine quality various handcrafted products. Our each and every product and collection are quality guaranteed.

Export

Everest Handicraft exports the products to any part of the world. We have number of importers from America and Europe. We are happy to work with our satisfied importers since more than last one decade.

Shipping

Everest Handicraft will notify you by e-mail when your order is about to be shipped. If you like, we will send a photo of finished orders for color etc. approval. Your order will be shipped directly to you usually via express courier service and other reliable freight company. EHI will email you the tracking number at the time of shipment so you could track the shipment.

Time of Delivery

To send consignment by Air, it takes about 7 days to reach at the final Airport and the goods should be cleared from the airport. The airport should be international. This is applicable for all over Europe, America and Asia. If we used courier service, shipment will be home delivered.

Freight

Freight can be prepaid or to collect. It depends upon the buyer's preference. The freight charge would be determined on the basis of weight or size of the order.

Insurance of Shipment

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we guarantee all of our products meet your expectation. All the products will be dispatched only after the individual inspection of the product from our Quality Control Team. For the damage on board, we suggest our Importers and customers to do the insurance of the shipment.

Payment and Order process

Your order will be processed once your advance amount has been deposited.

Mode of Payment

Currently, Everest Handicraft is receiving advance payment via wire transfer to our bank account. EHI will advise you the full bank account for the payment at the time of placing order.

Security and Privacy

The personal information you provided to Everest Handicraft will not be shared with any other organization. It will be held in the strictest confidence and used only for our internal purposes.

Production Reporting

Everest Handicraft provides a weekly report on development of every order. You can see in what process the proper order is. If you and your customer likes, EHI sends a photograph of the latest status of orders. It also sends a photograph of ready to ship products you before shipping.
